Here at White House Farm we offer five varieties of hard neck garlic; Music, German White, Ukranian, Temptress, and Spanish Roja. Our garlic is easy to peel, boasts a long storage life, has large cloves, a full-bodied flavor, and is incomparable to anything you've tasted before.  Garlic can be stored in a cool, dry place until December. Garlic is for sale mid-June to November.

   We also grow a large quantity of yellow shallots. Shallots have a delicate, onion flavor and can be applied to any recipe calling for onions. They are great roasted, in soups, sauteed with butter, in salad dressings, and boiled. Shallots can be stored in a cool, dry place until late winter.  Shallots are for sale, August to November.

   Our garlic and shallots are available at both the Wednesday Florence Farmers Market and Saturday Northampton Farmers Market stands. We also offer several types of onions, potatoes, and cherry tomatoes at our stand as well, available seasonally.
